Eurenco is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of propellants and explosives. The group has approximately 1400 employees and operations in France, Belgium, and Sweden. Eurenco in Karlskoga has about 400 employees and develops and manufactures propellants and explosives for both civilian and military markets. The Technical Department at Eurenco is looking for a controller. To make you feel truly welcome and quickly gain insight into Eurenco's operations, they have developed an onboarding program. Through the program, you will meet various departments at Eurenco and also receive theoretical sessions about the company and their products.

As a controller in the Technical Department, you will be part of a team where your colleagues are project managers and maintenance engineers, as well as a group that manages the maintenance and coordination of the Björkborn industrial area. This is because several companies operate in the industrial area together.

The role is broad and involves many contacts both internally within Eurenco and also with other companies, as well as, where applicable, authorities and various suppliers. As Eurenco is in a very expansive phase, there are also good opportunities for development in the role.

Examples of tasks:

· Follow-up and analysis of investment and expense outcomes related to the department's operations

· Independently manage finance and administration in the collaborative areas for the Björkborn industrial area, including two joint facilities.

· Monitor, analyze, and report Eurenco's energy and media consumption to internal and external stakeholders

· Other tasks may include investigations, financing and contract issues, property and lease matters, as well as insurance issues. Some other administrative tasks also occur, e.g., management of financial asset registers

Eurenco works in SAP and uses Qlik Sense daily. In the joint facilities, we work in Visma. Good knowledge of Excel is a requirement.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics with a focus on accounting. You have worked for a few years, preferably in industrial operations, and have experience in accounting. You are a proficient system user with an eye for how digital solutions can simplify, improve, and develop our operations. You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy sometimes diving into details while still understanding the bigger picture. Since the role involves many points of contact, it is also important that you find it easy to reach out to people to build relationships and gather the information needed for your role. You enjoy supporting your colleagues and are easy to collaborate with.
